Trusting Wealth Managementand Insurance

Let us help leave your family's legacy everlasting.

I am Darin Sidwell, an independent Missouri producer in Jefferson County. Life, health, and annuity planning for the people who will still be here — in plain language, without a script.

Licensed in Missouri

Life, health, and annuities — verify me with the state.

Areas of service

Jefferson, St. Louis, Franklin, Washington, and St. Charles in person. All of Missouri by phone or Zoom.

Twenty-five years in business

Kitchen tables, not call-center queues.

No-pressure first meeting

If you do not need it, I will say so.

What I write

Four conversations. Not a catalog.

Every product on this site is an insurance contract. I will tell you what it does, what it costs, and when to walk away.

Why this practice exists

I have sat on both sides of an unplanned day.

For twenty-five years I ran service businesses in this market — estimating, operations, and the conversations with homeowners after something broke. In 2018 a motorcycle accident took the physical work off the table. The lesson was not subtle: protection is either in place, or it is a story you tell after the fact.

I am licensed to help families put that protection in place while they still have the choice. Direct. Local. No seminar.

About Darin
Darin Sidwell, Missouri insurance producer

How it works

Three steps. Then you decide.

  1. 01

    A real conversation

Income, debts, who depends on you, and what you already own. Twenty to forty minutes. No binder dropped on the table in the first five.

  2. 02

    Numbers, not slogans

I will show a coverage range, what it roughly costs, and which product type fits. If the honest answer is “you do not need this,” you will hear that.

  3. 03

    Paperwork that holds up

Applications, underwriting, beneficiary designations, and a copy of everything you signed. After issue, I stay the contact when a claim or a change comes.

Planning tools

Run the numbers before we talk.

A life-insurance needs estimate and a retirement income-gap sketch. Both are educational — they will not quote a premium — and they give us something better than a guess when we sit down.

Straight answers

What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. It is a needs conversation, not a close. If we decide a product is worth pricing, I will shop carriers and come back with numbers you can refuse.
Are you a captive agent?
No. This practice stands on its own. I am an independent Missouri-licensed producer. Products are issued by the insurance companies that underwrite them, not by a marketing-organization template.
Who do you work with?
Families and small-business owners in Jefferson County, St. Louis City and County, Franklin County, Washington County, and St. Charles City and County — in person. I serve all of Missouri by phone or Zoom.
How do I know you are licensed?
Ask. Then verify me with the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance. A producer who will not hand you that link is not someone to buy from.
